Terms and Conditions
- The course fee includes a digital textbook. Hard textbooks are available by paying extra for the suppliers we recommend.
- Public groups have a duration of 16 hours for one level in the CEFR standard, with 27 students per group.
- After registration, students can request to change the group or schedule if the request is made at least 7 days before the initial start schedule.
- All of our teachers are natives of the target language. If one teacher is disabled due to illness or emergency, we will arrange a substitute teacher who gets information on the progress of the group.
- After the students attend the group and can no longer request to change the group or schedule.
- Course fees are non-refundable if the group course has already begun.
- Video recording of the group course can be used for later viewing, but requires the approval of all students before the start of the course.
- Each curriculum will end with a final examination that includes written and speech. To go up to the next CEFR level, students must achieve at least 70%.
